David Griffin
As an avid fitness enthusiast and ICS and ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association) certified fitness trainer, David Griffin loves to help his clients reach their fitness potential. He's trained hundreds of clients since 1996 and has over 15 years of training experience. He's trained with world class athletes such as 1996 long jump silver medalist James Beckford and 1992 Mr. America and professional body builder Todd Elliott. As well as athletes, David has and currently trains clients that may be physically limited in some way because of a specific condition. Diabetes, Lymphedema, Fibromyalgia, Osteoporosis, Epilepsy, Polio, Cancer, heart disease, kidney failure, high blood pressure, anorexia, depression, extreme obesity, pregnancy, and numerous physical injuries are some of the conditions that he is familiar with.
David is a husband and proud father of two wonderful children Cody and Kacie. An athlete as well, David competes in a local baseball league. He trains four days a week with weights and participates in activities such as basketball, boxing, and golf. David also specifically trains with golfers by designing individually specialized programs to improve the overall mechanics and power of the golf swing.
As well as specialized training for golfers, David specializes in weight management. He's helped hundreds of people lose unwanted pounds and inches. See testimonials for some of his clients' success stories.
